By visiting this website or using the Tavzio platform in any way - browsing this site, tapping an NFC card or QR code at a Business using Tavzio, or accessing a Tavzio dashboard as a Business or staff member - you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or the Tavzio platform.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses this website or the Tavzio platform in any capacity: visitors, prospective clients, guests of a Business who tap an NFC card or scan a QR code, and Business owners or staff using a Tavzio dashboard.

If you are a Business using Tavzio under a signed Service Agreement, that Agreement (including its Data Processing Addendum and Refund Policy annexes) governs your actual use of the Service and takes precedence over these Terms on any matter both documents address. These Terms fill the gap for everything the Service Agreement doesn't specifically cover, and are the only document that applies to a website visitor or a guest who has never signed anything with Tavzio.

This website provides information about Tavzio, a demo of the guest experience, and ways to get in touch (the "Get Started" and "Contact us" forms). You may browse and use it for these purposes.

You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it - including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

A Business dashboard account is created for a Business once it becomes a Tavzio client, and staff accounts are created by that Business's own administrators from within the dashboard.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify Tavzio promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Tavzio may suspend or terminate access to an account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is used for fraudulent or illegal activity.

You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's software; interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with a Business.

A guest tapping an NFC card or scanning a QR code agrees to use the resulting ordering, payment, loyalty, or booking features honestly - for example, not attempting to submit fraudulent orders or manipulate loyalty rewards.

The Tavzio name, logo, and the software, design, and content of this website and the Tavzio platform are the property of Tavzio FZC or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Tavzio's trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

A Business retains ownership of its own content uploaded to the platform (menu items, photos, branding, and similar) - Tavzio's use of that content is limited to operating the Service for that Business, as further described in the Service Agreement.

This website and the Tavzio platform may link to, or rely on, third-party services - payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, mapping or review platforms, and similar. Tavzio is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of one is subject to that third party's own terms.

This website and the general platform features covered by these Terms are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavzio's aggregate liability arising from your use of this website or general platform conduct under these Terms shall not exceed AED 500, and Tavzio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss.

This limitation does not apply to a Business's use of the Service under a signed Service Agreement, which has its own, separately negotiated limitation of liability (Section 10 of that Agreement).

Tavzio may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the website, the platform, or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last updated" date below when we do; continued use of this website or the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with the governing law of Tavzio's Service Agreement. Any dispute shall first be addressed in good faith and, if unresolved, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
